The Daughters of Charity had a special gathering in Christopher Grange, Liverpool,  to celebrate the Year of Consecrated Life. They invited the Affiliates in the north to join them in prayer focusing on the theme, 'Together in Care'.

By now, 60 years a Daughter of Charity, I shouldn't be surprised at our 'God of Surprises' - but happily last week I was!

As the Provinces of Ireland and Great Britain continue to work closely together, a day of reflection, input and ideas was organised for Sisters in both Provinces who are preparing liturgies for the upcoming retreats this year.

The First Minister visited Living Wage employer St Joseph’s Service who offer care at home and housing support to adults with learning disabilities in the Edinburgh area and heard from care workers already being paid the additional wage.
